Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within 3-7 business days upon payment. You will be contacted if there are delays due to backorders.
• Standard shipping (USPS Media Mail) within the USA is $4.95 per order. If more than 1 book is included in the order, please add an additional $1.00 per book.
• Expedited shipping available for an extra fee, upon request.

Sales Tax
Polenta Publishing charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. California residents must pay sales tax.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy for any reason regarding your order, please let us know immediately and we will make every effort to solve the problem! Your satisfaction is our top priority.
All unblemished books may be returned for refund if received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable. A book must be returned by a traceable method and the customer is responsible for the returns shipment until we receive it. Pack it carefully. Unblemished books are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way.
We only accept the return of books that you have directly purchased from Polenta Publishing. For any books purchased through third party sellers such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or others, you should contact your seller and any return will be subject to their return policies.

Refunds
Refunds will be made to a customer within thirty (30) days of Polenta Publishing receipt of the returned book/s. Please be sure to include your contact information so that we know where to send the refund.
